Elizabeth "Beth" Kazmiroski
Director of Operations
I have been with Foresight Financial Partners since April 2014, initially joining as part of the transition team that helped establish the practice. Since then, I have taken on a comprehensive role overseeing operations, client service, marketing, and event coordination, ensuring the firm runs efficiently while delivering a high level of service and support to our clients.
What I find most rewarding is the dynamic nature of my role and the opportunity to solve problems. I take a hands-on approach to client service—when questions arise, I take ownership of finding solutions and following through. This not only enhances the client experience but also allows me to continuously expand my knowledge and capabilities.
Before joining the financial services industry, I owned my own business and served as Vice President of Winemiller Press in Manasquan for nine years. During that time, I was actively involved with the Manasquan Ocean Development Council and the Southern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, where I was honored with the SMCC Osprey Award for Chamber Service in 2005.
I have spent most of my life in Toms River and Wall Township and have been a resident of Wall for over 40 years. I am a graduate of St. Rose High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education, with a minor in History, from La Salle University in Philadelphia.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My husband, Woody, and I met in college and have been married since 2000. We have one son, Cooper. Living near the Jersey Shore, I enjoy time at the beach, boating, relaxing by the pool, and reading.
