Ronald York, Jr, RFC®, RFP®
Managing Partner, Wealth Management Advisor
Having worked for over 30 years in the financial services industry, I have provided guidance to individuals, families, and business owners on decisions that can impact their financial well-being for decades. Throughout my career, I have navigated multiple market cycles, evolving tax laws, and changing economic environments, bringing a valuable perspective to complex financial planning.
I began my career at Barclays Capital, where I served as an Assistant Vice President of Market Making and was a member of the New York Stock Exchange. I attended Rutgers University and earned my degree in Finance from Thomas Edison State University. I also hold a Certificate in Financial Planning from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
My practice focuses on retirement planning, estate conservation strategies, education funding, business continuation and succession planning, and 1031 exchange strategies. I have developed particular expertise in 1031 exchanges, helping clients evaluate and incorporate these opportunities into broader wealth and tax planning strategies. My approach is centered on simplifying complex financial matters and delivering clear, actionable solutions aligned with long-term goals.
I am a member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, the Financial Planners Institute, and the Central New Jersey Estate Planning Council. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time at the Jersey Shore, boating, and following the New Jersey Devils.
